The spacious and beautifully decorated room exceeded my expectations and was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was very convenient, situated near a major transportation hub and surrounded by plenty of cafes and bars.

there were broken glass shards on the floor of my room, not properly cleaned. The bathroom lighting was too dark and lacked privacy, making it uncomfortable for some situations.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ruby Lucy! The staff were so welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Waterloo station and surrounded by great restaurants and street food options. We also appreciated the option to skip room cleaning in exchange for a free drink - such a cool idea!

We felt incredibly welcome during our stay, and honestly couldn't find anything to complain about.

Gorgeous upgraded room, clean and spacious, powerful rain shower, comfy huge bed, convenient location with nearby stations and attractions, vibrant area with cafes and shops.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Waterloo Station and in a great area for socializing. The hotel is situated in a lively neighborhood with an amazing range of lunch carts and good nearby restaurants. the hotel is conveniently close to the London Eye and Westminster Bridge, making it a great base for exploring the city.

There were some issues with noise in the hotel, particularly during a party on the last night. The door was not soundproof, which resulted in disturbances from drugged young people shouting loudly.

The staff were helpful and cheerful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The quirky design of the hotel gave it a fun and unique atmosphere, with a fairground feel. We loved the tea and coffee bar on each floor, it was a nice touch. The room was spotlessly clean and had a comfortable bed and pillows. The size of the room was also excellent for Central London. There was a lovely coffee shop nearby that we would highly recommend. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It would have been nicer to have a chair in the room.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Waterloo tube station and in a bustling area of the city. It was really close to everything, making transportation very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, with special mention to Aki were pretty good to assist me. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the modern decor added a touch of luxury.

This place is also great for families, with cots available for little ones.
